The Personify Leadership course is a good fit for anyone who leads a team and is wanting to better understand and develop his/her leadership style. The eight core body-focused competencies paired with the engaging facilitators, case study videos and classroom activities created the perfect learning environment for all participants regardless of industry. This class challenged me to take my leadership development to the next level.

I always appreciate the opportunity to experience leadership development programs. I personally feel that is best done viewing the session from beginning-to-end, perhaps it’s my personal learning style, but it is what works for me. This is just so much more informative, than short sound bites. I really valued this opportunity to add this to my known portfolio of leadership development offerings, as well as the numerous personal development “gems” I took away. You have done a great job of building your program. I am really impressed with the modular aspect of the program, and you’ve done an outstanding job with the participant manual and its application in your sessions. The level of interaction and the great way these exercises relate to real world experiences are excellent. Well done.

Rather than trying to catalogue lists of leadership theories, models, and desirable attributes in my head, and in turn, trying to move that information from my brain into my actions, Personify Leadership stores my leadership cache within my body parts. I can simply go from head (mind) to toe (footwork) and recall what I should be doing in each dimension to reveal the leadership I am striving for. Personify Leadership somatically bridges what is known about effective leadership with leadership actions and behaviors in an easy-to-remember way (and therefore easy to implement).

Like other organizations, we have a huge need for an engaging and effective leadership training program. The Personify Leadership program really fits the bill!
